It is produced directly in our kitchens and each vase is filled individually.

The product is fresh but pasteurised, it can be stored for a maximum of 2 years as indicated on the label. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days
The sauce is already cooked, no needs to overcook it but just warm up
Being packaged in a glass it is not possible to freeze it
A jar is perfect for a 300g pack of fresh pasta (maccheroni, fusilli, pappardelle) with an addition of Parmesan.
