• The product is fresh but pasteurized, it can be stored for a maximum of 2 years as indicated on the label. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days
• The sauce is already cooked, no needs to overcook it but just warm up.
• Being packaged in a glass it is not possible to freeze it
• A jar is perfect for a 300g pack of fresh pasta (maccheroni, fusilli, pappardelle, caserecce, taglierino) with an addition of Parmesan.
